We're thrilled to introduce some exciting enhancements and fixes in this latest update! Here's what's new:

Condition Deletion: We've added a delete button to the Conditions components on Loan files. Say goodbye to navigating through prompts; now you can delete individual conditions with ease.
- Document Approval Workflow: Approving or rejecting Conditions from the utility bar is now smoother than ever. The "Items to Review" utility will instantly refresh, removing the Condition you've just approved or rejected from the list of Items to Review in real time. Plus, the Conditions tabs on Loan files updates in real time as you work through them going forward.
- Improved Call List: Leads marked "Do Not Call" will no longer clutter your Call List, ensuring a more streamlined experience.
- Global Action Fixes: We've resolved a bug that was sometimes preventing the creation of new Loan files using Global Actions. Additionally, Borrower Email is no longer a mandatory field when creating new Leads using Global Actions.

Clarity Enhancements: When there are no files to review in the "Econsents Without Signatures" utility bar item, it is now more clear. Added an image and corresponding text "Currently No E-Consesnts Without Signatures.
- Mortgage Calculator: The Mortgage Calculator now properly and intuitively allows user inputs. We've fixed an issue where it required the Down Payment Percentage to be filled out first, making the process of utilizing this component easier moving forward.
- Enhanced Notes: Text components in the Enhanced Notes section of page layouts now collapse properly, enhancing readability and organization.
