🚀 PULSE Version 0.30.0 Release Notes

We are thrilled to announce the release of PULSE version 0.30.0, packed with exciting new features, enhancements, and fixes to elevate your lending experience. Here's what's new:


Enhanced Document Review Process

  • We've enhanced the document review process by introducing a rejection flow. Now, users can seamlessly reject documents and provide a personalized message to the borrower. Additionally, an automatic reject reason email can be sent out, with a configurable template allowing customization of company messaging.
  • Say goodbye to document visibility issues! We've fixed a bug where documents uploaded to generic folders were not displaying properly in the document viewer. Enjoy smoother document management and a more streamlined workflow.
  • Images will now load properly of all formats which corrects an issue we noticed with certain datatypes.

Enhanced Borrower Portal Experience Builder

  • Configuring the borrower portal just got easier! We've enhanced the experience builder with more options, making it simpler than ever to tailor the borrower portal to your unique needs. The borrower view will now show in builder, so you can more easily make changes to how it looks.

New Feature: Econsent Status Tracker

  • Stay on top of your deals with our new feature that tracks borrowers who have e-consented but not yet signed disclosures. Automatically updated by UWM, this feature ensures no deals fall through the cracks, giving you peace of mind and greater efficiency. It is a new tool that will be in your utility bar, and will automatically pop up when it's time to react!

Customizable Global Actions

  • Take control of your lead and application processes with custom field options in the new lead and new application global actions. Tailor these actions to suit the specific needs of each subscriber, providing flexibility and customization. Milestone Content Filters

  • Personalize milestone emails with ease using our new Milestone Content Filters. Send different content to recipients based on their role, ensuring borrowers and agents receive relevant and targeted communications.
